The room was brand-new and functional with stable temperature control, we stayed in all day. Our trip was really great, would come here again.

The location was marvellous and amazing, for example, Ximending Shopping Area was at a short distance from the hotel. I ate at the casual restaurant near the venue. The room was compact and impeccably clean with stable temperature control, I stayed here for 1 night.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this nice little and ideal hotel, it was fantastic. The staffs were very pleasant & outstandingly accommodating. The location of this property right by the underground, and main tourist spots was marvellous and fantastic. Furthermore, close to metro station.

The hotel was clean, facilities where modern, marvellous and incredible location not far from the Taipei Main Station and the airport express train and metro and airport shuttle and city subway lines and underground mall. The stuff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice, gave us great tips. Really enjoyed our FANTASTIC stay on holidays.

It has a good and magnificent location short walk to shopping street, restaurants with local cuisine, and another Relax outlet. Don't forget to explore Zhongzheng district.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a fairly nice stay for a night. Units with stable temperature control. Excellent location just off the train station and many other things and night markets and mrt stations and Taipei main station, airport station, eateries and bars were minute walk from the hotel. I ate in the casual restaurant nearby.

Perfect hotel, fairly clean, polite and outstandingly accommodating staff. Speedy check-in and spotless and compact room with stable temperature control, a fridge and channels including sport. Marvellous location - walk from a train station. Fantastic experience there.

I recently stayed at Hotel Relax 5 for the second time and once again, I was extremely pleased with my experience. The small rooms were cleverly designed and made the most of the space available. Each room was equipped with air-conditioning, a fridge, and a room safe. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was also just a minute's walk from the Taipei main station, making it easy to explore the city using the nearby subway lines. Additionally, the laundry facilities in the basement were a great bonus, with detergent available at the front desk.

I do recommend this hotel.

the location is marvellous, 1 mile from a national museum. easy access to a train station, located close to the venue. the room is spotless, comes with single bed and air-conditioning, as example.

We asked for a double room and it was nice cozy with stable temperature control. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were an advantage...

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive, and I felt well taken care of. The room, although compact, was well-designed and had everything I needed. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the fresh towels provided. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast, consisting of a sandwich, was a nice touch and got me ready for the day ahead. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

The room we stayed in was modern and stylish, and the National Taiwan Museum was conveniently nearby.

The location was excellent and amazing, close to Ximending. Cafés and bars were located walking distance to the hotel. The room was brand-new with a very comfy bed and views of city.

There are many soundproof and neat rooms. The location is great and incredible, 15 minutes' walk to Presidential Office Building. What's more, it's in a central area not far from Notch coffee shop as well as the main train station.

The location was fantastic, not very far from Ximending Shopping Area. It was located close to a train station, easy for getting around Taipei. Our rooms were new-fashioned and soundproof.
